Covenant Care hired its first local caseworker for the CSRA in 2011. In a community where abortion is readily available, we want to present adoption as a positive, accessible and life-affirming option for women experiencing an unplanned pregnancy.
In seeking to most effectively serve all of Georgia, we rely on volunteer Advisory Boards to provide local leadership in key metro areas throughout the state. The Augusta Advisory Board provides local leadership primarily in the areas of community awareness, fundraising, and event planning.
We welcome the Augusta community to partner with us in the following ways:
- Financial donations. We are working toward the goal of seeing donations from the Augusta community cover the expenses of our ministry in Augusta. Click here to donate now.
- Volunteer. We primarily need volunteers to enable our community-wide fundraising events each spring and fall. We also need individuals who are notaries to volunteer their time to witness signing of legal documents from time to time.
- Spread the word. We welcome invitations to present Covenant Care’s ministry to churches, medical clinics, schools, and other community groups in the CSRA.
Please contact us if you would like to learn more about partnership opportunities in Augusta, or if you would like to speak with a member of our local staff or Advisory Board.
