Personalized counseling and compassionate support

Women facing pregnancy decisions or considering adoption deserve to get answers from a place that will put their needs first. We counsel women on pregnancy options, share information about abortion, and connect women to pregnancy centers that can provide free parenting resources.

If adoption is the right choice, we walk through the adoption journey every step of the way, providing care and support before, during, and after an adoption placement.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I choose the adoptive family?

Yes — with your counselor’s support, you can review and select from profiles of meticulously screened and approved families with thorough background checks, who match your preferences. In most cases, you can meet before anything is official.

How much does a child adoption cost?

If you are placing a child for adoption, there is no cost. Covenant Care provides all adoption-related services to the birth mother free of charge. For couples looking to adopt, contact us directly about adoption resources or grants.

What’s the difference in a closed or open adoption plan?

A closed adoption means no contact with the adoptive family or child, and no identifying information is shared, while an open adoption allows direct contact (visits, letters, calls, and pictures). YOU design the adoption plan that is best for you.

Can I talk to someone about abortion and parenting, too?

Yes, we can answer questions about what to expect during or after an abortion, abortion pill reversal options, free pregnancy and parenting resources, and more. No judgment. Just answers and support.

How can I place a baby for adoption?

After you meet with a counselor and are sure that adoption is the right fit for you, we will guide you through creating a personalized adoption plan—including selecting a family—and provide support during pregnancy, birth, and after placement.

If I'm considering adoption, is there anything I should avoid?

Sadly, not every person who claims to “help” with adoption has your best interests in mind. Some unlicensed facilitators, lawyers, or even families take advantage of women in vulnerable moments. Discover "red flags" and what to avoid.
