Meet Your Counselor
Each of our counselors serves an entire region of Georgia. No matter where you are within her region, your counselor will travel to you and meet you in the environment where you are most comfortable. Kristen graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2006 with a degree in English, and lived in Statesboro for 12 years. She now lives in Calhoun with her husband Justin and their three children. Kristen was the Director of Client Services at Choices of the Heart Pregnancy Resource Center in Statesboro before joining Covenant Care in 2018. She enjoys reading, running, listening to music and podcasts, and watching baseball.
Jocelyn earned her M.A. in Pastoral Counseling: Marriage & Family Therapy from Liberty University. She joined our team in 2018 after completing internships with both Covenant Care and The Living Vine Maternity Home. She and her husband live in the Savannah area with their four children.
Athens/Northeast Georgia & Augusta
Callie enjoys being creative and spending time outside. She has been with CCS since 2012 and maintains relationships with pregnancy centers, health departments, hospital social workers, and mental health professionals in the region she serves. She also works with students at the University of Georgia. She received her B.S. in counseling-psychology from Toccoa Falls College and her M.A in professional counseling from Columbia International University. Before joining CCS, she counseled women at the South Carolina Department of Corrections, was a foster care case manager for DFCS, worked with the Columbia Urban League, and volunteered at a pregnancy center.
North Metro Atlanta
Meg loves doing Zumba and studying theology. She has been with CCS since 2010. Before joining us, she received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from North Carolina State University and her Master of Social Work degree from East Carolina University. She worked for two years as a case manager for families of children with special needs, and she served birthmothers and adoptive families in North Carolina for eight years.
A native Texan, Amy earned her M.A. in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary after receiving her B.A. in Special Education Focused Child Development from Texas Christian University. She is married to Chris, who is a youth pastor at First Presbyterian Church, Macon. Amy joined our team in 2017 and is honored to have the opportunity to walk adoptive families through the pre-placement process, from home study to pre-placement counseling and placement.
